Cambridge Winter Ale Festival 2006

Dates (a week earlier than last year): Thursday 19th - Saturday 21st January

Venue as last year: The University Sports and Social Club in Mill Lane

Featuring around 120 beers with the emphasis on seasonal ales and winter warmers but plenty of "session" beers too; also specially featuring Irish beers this year.

5.30pm - 10.30pm : admission charge

Friday
12pm - 3pm : entry free

11.30am - 10.30pm : admission charge

Admission
£2.50 at the door.
USSC, CURAS and CAMRA members enter for free upon producing a membership card.
We regret that there is no provision for a family room - no under-18s will be admitted.

Volunteers needed!

The Festival is staffed entirely by volunteers. If you'd like to help out, whether just for a few hours one evening or throughout the Festival, you will be made most welcome. As a volunteer you get cheap beer and food.

Set-up is on the Tuesday and clear-up is on the Sunday.

Food

The Club will provide hot & cold food at lunchtimes and in the evening.

The normal Club bar will also be open, with soft drinks available.
